Matt Montano and Eric Brown were fantastic during the installation and while it was a lot for us to learn initially they made it fun and easy. Since the installation they have been very responsive and patient with us when we needed more information or help.

We are utilizing many of the features of Promo-Trak and it has greatly streamlined our operations. Our customer service staff spend more time servicing customers and less time doing arduous paperwork. We have cut down on paper usage and eliminated much of the human error in data processing.
